2. Description of Service
CodeProof is an AI-powered test generation tool that analyzes code diffs and generates test suites targeting common failure modes in AI-generated code. The Service is available as a CLI tool, GitHub App, and web interface.
3. Accounts
You must have a GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades the Service for others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
- Use automated means to create accounts or generate tests beyond your plan limits

- Pro ($19/mo): Unlimited generations, unlimited repositories
- Team ($39/mo per seat): Everything in Pro plus CI/CD integration and team dashboards
6. Intellectual Property
Your Code
You retain all rights to your source code. We do not claim ownership of code you submit for analysis. Code diffs are processed transiently and not stored.
Generated Tests
Tests generated by CodeProof are provided to you under an unrestricted license. You own the generated test code and may use, modify, and distribute it freely.
Our Service
The CodeProof brand, website, documentation, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated tests are suggestions and may not be complete, correct, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before using it in production.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
